About Us: | Need 1: Staffing for Part-time Youth Director for Outreach to International Teens
There is a great need and opportunity to touch the lives of many international teenagers living with parents who are studying and working in Columbus. This person would plan activities in order to build relationships with the teens and their families, planning retreats and other activities, and involving them in our weekly "Saturday Night Family Pizza and Bible Study" at the Wynn House.
Total Project Cost: $8,000

Need 2: International Youth Retreat
A youth retreat for international teenagers here, including families studying at CSU and Ft. Benning. We hosted 22 young people last year at Pine Edens for a weekend retreat. Many of these participated in our other activities throughout the year and helped to build good relationships with their families.

Need 3: Computer and Video Equipment
IFM relies completely on the gifts of local churches, foundations, and individuals for our support. This involves getting the message out effectively about the services we offer and the results of our work. To do this more effectively, we need a laptop computer and movie camera capable of making short video clips to show when invited to speak. These video clips will be shown at churches, fundraiser dinners and other events planned to get the message out about IFM.

Mission: To provide humanitarian and relief assistance to 3rd world countries with emphasis in Romania. Assistance encompasses medical supplies, educational tools and equipment, computers and job training materials, equipment and training for emergency services, construction projects, and medical training, as well as exposure to democratic forms of governing and a free economy.
